Restaurant: Grand café

 

On the terrain of the Paardekreek there's a nice restaurant with a large terrace with view on the lake of Veere and the marina. The terrace on the west side offers you a view on the playground and the swimmingpool. You can relax and have a drink or a meal while the children are enjoying themselves. Inside you will find a lounge with a nice ambiance and characteristic fire-place, so you can also enjoy this nice ambiance during the wintermonths! For the menu click here; Grand Café

There is also the possibility to buy french fries, snacks and icecreams in the snakbar. The 'Grand Café' is daily open from 12 am until 11 pm, in the period from November until March, ande from 10 am until 11 pm from April until October.

 

 

 

 

The supermarket: Spar

 

Next to the reception of the Paardekreek, you will find a supermarket. During the high season, you can daily buy fresh bread and a newspaper. But also, you can buy all the other groseries, like fresh meat, dairy produce, vegetables and sport- and playarticles. The openinghours depend on the season, for specific information you can contact the reception.

The indoor-playground

The Paardekreek is equiped with an indoor-playground. Children up to the age of 12 years old can play as long as they like. In the indoor-playground, as well as oudside, there are 'ping pong' tables, so that the older kids can enjoy themselves as well. Outside, we have 2 playgrounds, one you will find next to the reception, equiped with a giant spacenet, trampolines and swings. In the park, you will find another playground, meant for the younger children.


Animation

For the children, we have an animation-team available during school-holidays. (from Easter until autumn) Many activities, like putting things together, sport, sing and dance will take place under guidance of an enhousiastic team! All chilren are welcome, of all ages. For the older kids, we have many sportactivities on the program.

 

Bikes and karts

 

At the reception, you can rent bikes and karts. There are several nice routes to discover by bike in the neighbourhood of the holidayresort and many more routes in the area of Zeeland.

 

 

Prices:

Bikes for adults:   €6,50 per day    €6,50 per midweek    €17,50 per weekend €32, 50 per week

Bikes for childeren: €4,50 per day    €15 per midweek    €13 per weekend      €22,50 per week    

Children's seat: €1 per day

Karts: €2,50 per hour

 

 


Tenniscourt

 

The parc is equipped with a tennis-court. You can rent the court for €6 per hour in the highseason, and €4 in the lowseason. You can also rent tennisrackets and balls, €1 per set.

 


Internet

In all villas you can have acces to internet. You can buy a ticket with username and password at the reception. This will cost you €5 per day, €15 per week or €25 per month.

 


Bugracen

Opposite the reception, you can rent a 'bugracer'. This is an open car with a cool appearance. The controls are easy to handle. The bugracer is allowed to ride on the national roads. With the built-in navigationsystem, you can make an nice trip (also off-road) on the isle of Noord- Beveland. You are allowed to drive the bugracer when you have a valid driving licence and your age is minimum 21. For more information: www.bugracer.nl 

Little house on the beach

At the reception, you can hire a nice little 'beach-house' on the beach of the 'Banjaard' on the North Sea. This beach is not far away, it's only a 10 minutes drive by car from the Paardekreek. You can hire this 'beach-house' for a week, from saturdaymorning until friday-evening. The price of €60 is inclusive 2 beach-chairs, 1 windshield, a coach and a table.
